We're joined by UK Sprint Queen Ashleigh Nelson as Team GB get off to a Golden start with Amy storming to victory in the 100m.
Reigning champions Leonardo Fabbri and Jessica Schilder retained their Shot Put titles but there was heartbreak for Scott Lincoln as he came agonisingly 4th again.
Overall the night belonged to Norway who claimed double Gold with a resurgent Jackob making it 7 in a row and a Karsten lead Mixed 4x4 Team triumphing just as they has predicted at the London DL.
