Last year, we all agreed that the trials were one of our favourite events of the season: brimming with fierce competition, high-quality contests, and the very best of British athletics. If this year's anything like as exciting as last, then we're all in for a doozy. That said, we've just been challenged to a 4x400 race by Trackastic, with Kath Merry already offering to commentate, and Beth Dobbin keen to complete our quartet, so the British Champs can only actually be the second best competition of the season, even if they are majestic...
